Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, and successful inquiry submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser, device, and usage information. We do not send your contact-form answers to Google Analytics, and we do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals. Analytics is skipped when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Contacting us
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, business name, optional email, phone number, the type of website you’re interested in, whether you have a website, and your message. Cloudflare processes the submission and delivers it to our business contact inbox hosted by Google. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form. Please do not include passwords or payment card details.
Free site reviews
When you request a free site review, we collect the website address you enter, your email address, optionally your name, business name and phone number, and a record of when you requested your review. To prepare your report, we load your home page in an automated browser run by Cloudflare and check it for accessibility problems, and we may run further automated checks on your website, which can include free tools such as Google’s PageSpeed Insights. A person reviews the results. We store the address, your details and the scan results in our Cloudflare database. We use Resend to email review-related messages. Requesting a review does not subscribe you to our newsletter, require newsletter consent or change an existing newsletter preference. Newsletter signup is a separate form and request. A person at Dells Websites emails you the report within two business days, and we receive a copy of each request in our business inbox hosted by Google. To limit abuse we keep only a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, not the address itself. We delete review requests from our database after 12 months. To have your details deleted sooner, email us.
Newsletter signup
Only the separate newsletter form asks to subscribe you to occasional website tips. It collects your email address and explicit consent, recorded with the date and wording version in our Cloudflare database. We use our existing Resend mailing list for these emails. Existing subscription and unsubscribe preferences are kept; this form does not automatically resubscribe an existing contact. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in newsletter emails or by emailing hello@dellswebsites.com. Signup request records, including a one-way fingerprint used to limit abuse, are deleted after 12 months. Your mailing-list contact remains until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Newsletter signup does not request a free site review.
Private business workspace
Approved administrators use Google sign-in for the private Dells Websites workspace. We receive basic identity details from Google, including name, email address and a stable account identifier, to check access and maintain a one-hour session. This sign-in does not give us access to personal Gmail. Business email uses Resend, with email data retained by the provider for 30 days; it is not a permanent archive. Private documents, signing records and blog drafts are stored with Cloudflare. Administrator actions on documents are recorded with the administrator’s identity.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes browser and connection information for this check. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains its practices.

Our portfolio and photo-credit links lead to other websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
